I think there should be a separation of description and stat definition in the abilities, for quick reference. Example:
Ogre Strength: Godzilla has incredible strength, able to send great unproportional power into his strikes and lift opponents up over his head. [+5 Attack to power blow/grapple/strength roll]
This is a better marriage of form and function.

Yeah, I was wondering that, too. Gave me a thought, though. If we do implement a new incarnation of the "super attacks", we can conceivably make their bonus a +10, as long as their drawbacks are properly balanced.

It would need greater drawbacks, then.

Well, typically, we made the "super moves" very physically draining, so much so that performing them more than once could prove fatal. We could make such kinds of severe drawbacks mandatory when crafting those kinds of moves.

Enh... Super Moves, I dunno. I'd prefer they be left out, honestly.

I know, but you can't deny that these kinds of moves do exist. And they can work. I say let"s try it in test.

They exist because of Japanese cinema sensibilities, not because they are sensible. I also vote that we don't bother with them. They're usually weaksauce from a narrative standpoint anyway.
