((Hm, gonna remember that Speed is actually called Agility))
Saif al Sadik ducked clear under the barb. The whiskers waving in the air did well to track Poison's movements. As Saif al Sadik ducked, he actually started to tuck into himself. Now looking like a bizarre spaceship, his furnaces began to stream fire like jet engines and the monstrous beast rocketed up into the air.
[Burst position: +5 Agility]
Saif al Sadik was now on the full attack. His entire body was wrapped in blue flames and he spun in air, then blasted straight at Poison to ram into her.

Poison was suddenly enveloped in a maelstrom of fire as Saif al Sadik slammed straight into her at full speed. The small insect tumbled through the skies, a ball of flames at this point and crashed into the hard Lebanese soil beneath her with a plume of smoke, dirt, and sand. For a moment she lay motionless, letting the dirt settle and hopefully blot out some of the flames on her body now before she raised her head with a sign of life.
Poison's will to carry on was slowly drawing out of her but after that last hit she had to question what was left in her. Regardless, she had to sink her barb into this accursed djinn. Weakly at first her wings lifted her up into the air before she began to pick up speed. Her body was a smoldering shell of what it had been when she entered the fight but she wasn't done just yet. Another pass, another shot of the barb.

[I'm confused by the barb, does it give -3 to the opponent's agility defense roll, or drop their agility stat 3 points?]
The barb finally hit true on Saif al Sadik's broadside, and although it burned up soon after, from Saif's fire-covered body, its venom injected into the Djinn beforehand. A mechanical moan was followed by a reduction in Saif's grace. Regardless, he was a burning wrecking ball at this point and veered in for another pass to slam straight into Poison once more.

(It lowers their Agility stat 3 points. Also bear in mind, however, the side effects which are not enumerated as stats.)
Poison could only shriek in jubilation when the barb finally struck for once and pumped in her dreaded toxin. Even with the powerful drug coursing through his veins, Saif al Sadik made a charge at Poison. However, the mighty djinn was beginning to show signs of Poison's drug taking effect. Regardless of that, he still managed to strike a glancing blow at the temptress.
Poison tumbled away but regained herself. She did not charge or make a drastic move but instead however in the air. A soothing cry emerged from her maw as she looked to Saif al Sadik.

[+15 Special]
((How does one defend against a hypnotic attack, if it can't be blocked and it can't be dodged. This is exactly the scenario that brings the question of which modifiers can be used for which when defending. For example, a beam clash would never be possible if only Defense and Agility can be used as defense rolls, you would need to add the Special modifier for that.
Special can be considered the "will" of the opponent. Most kaiju with high specials tend to be quite intelligent. Saif al Sadik is superhuman in his intellect, so at this point he already knows that he is poisoned, and he is aware by this cry that it's an addictive narcotic. Saif, however, is a monster that has no blood or organs; only fire is beneath his hide. I allowed venom to work in this fight for the sake of testing.
This is all excellent data so far. These two kaiju make great test subjects.))

Saif al Sadik's flight started to wobble and his fiery form dispel he landed clumsily on the ground. What few fires were left around him were not enough to give significant strength, and the call of the insect was too great for his body to handle. Try as he might, he found himself compelled to march towards her, struggling with every step. As he approached Poison inoffensively, his mind wracked for a solution.
