Special Attacks and Attributes: Flight: Ultraman can fly at speeds of Mach 5 Energy Focus: The ability to concentrate his power to a part of his body (ie, fists or legs), making his melee attacks more devastating. Ultra-Beam: Using energy focus, he can channel a large amount of energy into a projectile attack. Ultra-Shield: Again, focuses energy into his arm to create a barrier that can deflect most attacks. Alright attack is what you use for physical attacks like punches, kicks and the like. You add the stat number for it to your attack roll after converting it to the 20 scale.
Defence is what you use to block attack, you add your defence stat to your block roll after converting just like with physical attacks and the attack stat.
Agility is what you use to dodge..its exactly like defence and does exactly the same thing except its what you use for agile or fast kaiju.
Special works exactly like attack but you use it for energy or other non physical attacks.
Your stats all start at eight and you have fifteen points to add to then, you can also subtract up to four points from the base eight to add to another stat.
And heres how you can work your abilities with your stats.
Ultra-Beam: Using energy focus, he can channel a large amount of energy into a projectile attack. [can charge a turn for +5 special]
Ultra-Shield: Focuses energy into his arm to create a barrier that can deflect most attacks. [In turns where Ultraman does not use special attacks he can add half his special to his defence roll in addition to other modifiers; can not be used in the same turn as energy focus]
Energy Focus: The ability to concentrate his power to a part of his body (ie, fists or legs), making his melee attacks more devastating. [In turns where Ultraman does not use special attacks he can add half his special to his attack roll in addition to other modifiers; can not be used in the same turn as Ultra-Shield]

All stats start at 8. You cannot remove points from special to put somewhere else.
