[Looking for someone to test El Maza out with. Right now I'd just like a very basic opponent, similar to El Maza himself, like Clover or King Kong or something, nobody really advanced. Thanks.]
Renaldo Perez cast his line into the water of the Atlantic Ocean, leaning back on the deck of his vintage motor boat. The sky was clear, and no wind meant the waters were perfectly still. It was a great day to go fishing, to get away from the bustling town along the shore.
As he set his fishing pole down to grab a bottle of liqour, he felt the bottom of the boat tremble. He raised his eyebrows. The boat trembled again, stronger this time. Worried, he got up. A fish flew through the air and landed on his boat.. As he turned, more fish began to fly out of the water, pelting the fisherman with their bodies. He stumbled over to the motor, cranking it. With a cough it turned on, and he directed the boat toward shore as fast as he could. The torrent of fish had become a veritable storm of writhing, wiggling forms as they leapt out of the water. "Santa madre de dios!" he muttered under his breath.
Suddenly Renaldo felt the water rise up under the boat. He turned, and saw that something massive was coming up. He screamed, running the boat as fast as he could. But the motor of the old boat was not fast enough, and waves from the rising body of whatever it was that was coming up crashed down, sending him flying. The boat was smashed to pieces, and as he tried to surface, he grabbed onto a floating section of it for dear life.
Thats when he looked up and saw the massive, spherical beast floating in the sky, bony spikes dotting the surface of its armored body like a medieval weapon. He screamed.
"El Maza! El Maza!" he cried out, terrified at the thing he was beholding. The spherical creature was turning slowly in the air, floating as if suspended by invisible wires. Four triangular plates along its armored surface opened up, lengthy, sharp tusks sliding out from underneath them. Inside was a circular, toothy maw, multiple rows of teeth undulating. The creature roared, a bellow great enough to deafen Renaldo's ears. As he trembled, the beast suddenly sped off at terrific speed, accelerating almost instantly, leaving the poor hapless man to go under as another wave crashed over him...
On shore, alarms blared over the town as civilians tried to evacuate from the town in a panic. The Mace had come, and not even the military was there to protect them from its fury...
